Ground Preparation
Removal of existing grass before sub grade was rotary hoed and laser levelled to suitable shape and grade.
Drainage
Drainage lines were trenched 4m apart with precision pipe installed then carefully backfilled and compacted to avoid subsequent settlement.
Irrigation
Installation of field irrigation complete with filtration system, water harvesting and storage tank.
Final Levels
Premium sports blend top soil imported, then GPS laser graded and shaped to achieve desired contour.
Turf Installation
Premium TifTuf stolons were planted, then treated with OxaMax fertilizer and pre emergent.
Maintenance
12 week intensive maintenance program consisting of cylinder mowing, top dressing, fertilising and pest and weed control.
